Brian is a lighting designer and creative director based in New York City, with a diverse heritage encompassing Mexican American, Native American (Kiowa/Pawnee), and Spanish origins.
Renowned for his exceptional work in the world of theater, Brian has crafted original productions for major Off-Broadway and regional theaters, receiving accolades that include awards and a Drama Desk nomination. Praised by New York Times as "Flawless," his lighting designs have consistently mesmerized audiences and elevated performances to new heights.
Beyond the realm of theater, Brian's recent live music collaborations include distinguished artists like Sam Smith and Mariah Carey. Brian has played an instrumental role in crafting awe-inspiring, large scale art installations in and around the New York City including the first full scale projection mapping of the Brooklyn Bridge.
As the co-founder of Livesight, Brian leads a team of talented designers and artists, spearheading the creation of innovative experiences that seamlessly integrate theatrical craftsmanship into the corporate entertainment sector. His collaborative and visionary approach have earned his projects accolades and esteemed Clio Awards for the original Refinery29's 29Rooms and Syfy's Hall of Magic.
