The Museum of Ice Cream is a lick-able, likable, shareable ice cream-centric art exhibit launched in New York City, which featured a swimmable rainbow sprinkle pool, edible balloons, an immersive chocolate room and ice cream inspired lighting installations.

Drawing international attention, the original Museum of Ice Cream became the hottest ticket to get in the summer of 2016. Setting the gold standard for the instagram-museum, The Museum of Ice Cream went on to extend beyond New York City and has since welcomed more than one million visitors across the country.
